I've bought from Harvey Nichols a few times now, mainly their Luxury Beauty stuff. My last order for some Skincare Sets was smooth as usual. Delivery always takes about a week to Chennai, which is fine. Consistency is key with them.
Decent perfume, long delivery

Good quality, minor shipping issue
